How does the bespoke commission begin?+
Schedule a meeting online — we confirm within the hour. The first conversation discusses occasion, lifestyle, and intent. No payment is taken to talk.
What is the investment for a Spannick commission?+
A bespoke two-piece suit begins at ₹10,000. Sherwanis, three-piece commissions, and ceremonial wear are quoted on consultation, scaled to cloth selection, embellishment, and complexity.
How long is the typical commission?+
Six to ten weeks from first measurement to delivery, including two fittings. Wedding wardrobes are accepted with a minimum of twelve weeks' notice.
Do I need to travel to Jaipur?+
Preferred, but not required. NRI and out-of-state patrons can complete fabric selection and styling on a video call, follow our guided remote measurement, and have the finished commission delivered to their address.
Is my appointment confidential?+
Absolutely. Discretion is the founding principle of the house. No client is photographed, named, or referenced without express written consent.
What is the payment & refund policy?+
Every commission is custom-cut for a single individual, so we collect 100% advance and do not offer refunds. Please see our Terms & Returns section below for the full policy.

100% Advance Payment
All commissions require full payment at the time of confirmation. Cutting begins only on cleared advance. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and credit card.

Because each suit is custom-stitched to a single gentleman's measurements, body, and chosen cloth, the order cannot be resold or restocked. Once cutting begins, the commission is non-refundable in part or in full.

Alterations — Complimentary
Fit-related alterations within the first 30 days of delivery are complimentary at our Jaipur atelier. Shipping is arranged at patron's cost for remote alterations.

Cancellation is accepted only before cutting begins (typically within 24 hours of cloth confirmation). After cutting, the advance is non-refundable.

Delivery anywhere in India is included. International delivery is quoted at cost. Risk passes on dispatch from our atelier; insurance is recommended for international shipments.
